pasting results of a formula as actual numbers

    Hi folks
I have a simple worksheet in which one column A and column B are added together to make column C. I want to copy and paste the contents of column C into another sheet but when I copy it it copies the formula [=sum(A+B)] and the new column in the new sheet obviously shows zeros or a #VALUE! error.
How can I copy the contents and not the formulae, o wise ones?
