How to Calculate Filtered results

Hello all,

I'm trying to filter my results by any amount i enter then click a button. If you take a look at my attached file, i have a large list of cities and regions on the 'europe' sheet and the totals sheet tells me how much these would cost. Id liek to filter this though, so i can see how much it would cost to purchase say cities over 150,000 instead of 100,000 and any other figure i enter.

Is there a macro i can use to do this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
