Is it possible to have Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 simultaneously on the same computer? I need 2003 for my regular work and 2007 for a class I'm taking.
Thanks in advance.

I'm still on 2003, but just ordered 2007, but take a look at this link for some insight?

Yes, you can.
Assuming you install 2007 after installing 2003, you will need to change (restore) the default file association of xls files to Excel 2003. And if that doesn't take (it didn't for me), do Detect and Repair on 2003.
I use the Office 2007 suite for everything but Excel, and crank up Excel 2007 only when I specifically want to -- which isn't often.
Perhaps only when you want to indulge in a little Masochistic torture as you struggle to find where such-and-such is located on the ribbon? Sounds familiar...Originally Posted by shg
