My suggestion is to open up the file, press CTRL+A to select the entire sheet, then RESET ALL PAGE BREAKS ( that is found in the INSERT dropdown on Excel 2003; not sure where it is on Excel 2007). Now, do a print preview to see if the file looks cleaner. If necessary, add page breaks where you need them.
