Finding relationships between cells

I need some help correlating two variables. I've attached the file.

What I need to do is be able to look at the raw data and determine how many AWOL's resulted in a restraint, how many AWOL attempts resulted in in restraints...You can see what I need in the Data Summary.

So, I will need to be able to look at each incident that occurs and see correlations between the variables. For instance, if a client awol's we need to know if that awol resulted in a restraint.
