album sheets

Help I am trying to make a spreadsheet for printing out to put in a display album but I cant set the width/height of the cells - they can only be set in points not in inches/cm. Is there a way to get a table made up of 6 columns 36cm wide and 7 rows 39 cm high? with there being five lines in each row. I am using Excel 2007. thanks.
