Corrupted Spreadsheet

Spent hours making a spreadsheet. Only to find after saving it to my memorystick that it has scrambled it to nothingness.
Please does anyone know how to recover it?
I have tried a program consequently called ' recovery for excel'.

Tried all of the above nothing worked! i think i am completly screwed!
Thanks for your help anyway.

Anyone else out there think they could sort it?
