    Pivot Table Layout

I am trying to develop a Pivot Table that will sort a set of data by shipment number. I have the shipment number as the page value and the items that will be contained within that load running down the side. I have been trying to list three fields across the top (for the columns) which will include Requested Date, Shipment Date, and Arrival Date. I believe the format looks ok, but I cannot get the Pivot Table to display the dates, I keep getting a "count". Any suggestions? The screenshots attached below depict what I am doing.

Thanks in advance for any help. It will be GREATLY appreciated.

Still working on this. If I place the "date" fields into the data area the Pivot Table returns a 1. If I place this in the column fields the Pivot Table does return a date. How can I get the date to appear in the Data area?

What you can do >>> Right click to the cell where you get " Count of date", then edit the wording Count of and keep it as Date only. Then select the cells which are supposed to be in date format and right click . Go to "format cells" in right click and select the date format. Hope this should help...

As always...worked like a charm. Thank you guys so much. I'm not sure if I could get anything done if it wasn't for the board!
