We are using Excel 2003 here at work. In certain workbooks, it seems that right clicking a spreadsheet "locks up" Excel for about 45 seconds to 1 minute during which time, you can do nothing. I've not noticed a pattern for this occurring other than the spreadsheets typically come from an area which usually has complex, large spreadsheets. I've coded a woorkbook_sheetbeforerightclick event to disable the menu but the "lock up" still occurs though the menu is disabled. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution? Thanks.
