Printing a custom report

I have an 8 column spreadsheet, all fields non-numerical. One is a date column. The problem is the 7th column and 8th column. This is because the fields usually have multiple entries, so unlike all the other columns only having a single line entry, the 7th column can be the same or have as many as 8 lines.

I want to be able to print a weekly report for a date range -- example: Oct 8 to Oct 12. And have this report sort by each name in the G column. In the attached example, it would list for Ace Job 1, Job 2, and Job 3. For Baker it would only show Job 1. For Code, it would show Job 1 and Job 2. Note also that, for example, Ace shows John, Ron, and Jesse in Column 8. It has to pick up those respective names also.
