Forgotten password

Hi everyone,

I have passworded my excel form for work and then took some time off. Now i cant remember what the password was!

Is there anyway i can recover the password?

There are ways and means,
I personally have no idea what they are and I am sure that they would not fit in the space available in this post.
I have, however, noticed sites on the web that will provide unlocking services (for a fee).

I have no more knowledge of them, other than that they exist...

Perhaps someone else can recommend a reputable one?
