Email button (edit - For Lotus Notes)

I have a spredsheet of clients and it is formatted in rows. i.e, every client has a row.

Now one of the columns is for email address, what I want to do is to be able to send a bulk email to everyone that has an email address, what I need to do is create an email button or find out how to create a marco or something to add all the emails to one email . at the moment I have to click on each address then attach the document, the repeat the process for the hundreds of people on the list... This fix is for someone that doesn't know mail merge very well hence why I want a button or easy fix

So if anyone can help me that would be great.. Hope I have explained myself clear enough to understand

    thanks for your time

Would you have any links for getting it to work with Lotus Notes?

    Good morning russkris

Unfortunately, the code on Ron's pages works perfectly for the Outlook e-mail client but not for Lotus Notes.

I use Lotus Notes at work (6.5) and have written a file that I use to send out about 15 e-mails at once. It has to send out these e-mails, each one having a different attachment, but with the same message, the only difference being the salutation. This code works perfectly and doesn't need you to click "Send", the messages just appear instantly in your Outbox.

I can't really post the code, as it involves UserForms and I'm a bit reluctant to post the spreadsheet, however anyone wanting to make use of it can just send me a PM with their e-mail (don't forget to include your e-mail address )and I'll forward it on.
