    Try This

    =IF(A1="P",NOW(),"")

    Just make sure you format your "Time" cell to display properly.

    HI
    I am very happy to you. But, it is not properly work when I put "P" it is show current time
    But when I second time put the value "P" so all cell changes the time it is not correct I
    Want when I put the value "P" then current show time ant stop it. When I second time put the
    Value "P" automatically show the current time without another cell time changes

    Thanks
