Linking Object Size to Cell Value

I'm not sure if this is a "programming" question or a "general" question, so I figured I'd post it here first. Let me know if I should repost it in the programming forum.

I have a flowchart with a number of "autoshape" arrows leaving each box. The size of each of these arrows is supposed to correspond to a numerical value in a cell next to the box. Currently, I'm simply eyeballing the arrow size and trying to make them roughly proportional to the values they're supposed to represent. Is it possible to link the arrow sizes to the cell values so they automatically resize to be proportional to the cell values? If so, how?

    Thanks in advance.
