    Unhappy Font question

    Hello,

I'm runing into a situation where I have a saved excel document populated with various font styles and numbers. Workbook is a receipt for customers. When printed on PC A everything is normal, everything prints fine.

When PC B browses the shared folders on PC A and opens the workbook font styles and size changes. It overfloows its current cell and when printed it prints in a total confusion. Instead of printing on one page it prints on 2 pages and all the borders are messed up.

What is going on? Could this be due to some general preferences?

    Thanks

    Hi,

PC A might have different fonts that PC B. Try changing everything to a 'universal' font like Ariel or Times New Roman.
