Copying Formats & Validations - fails

    Hi everyone,
I searched for this but came up empty.

I want to copy a sheet that I populated with Formulas and Validations to another sheet for another person to work with, but using their own data.
When I Paste Special using "paste - ALL" all data, formulas and validations paste, but when I delete the original data so that the other person can enter their own data, the formulas are no longer there. Though the validation works.
How do I get my original formulas to populate with their data?

    Thanks

You could always just copy the sheet

Right click sheet tab > select move or copy > tick create a copy > then with the drop down select new workbook or the workbook you have set up from list and press ok

    Thank you for the suggestion.
I tried that too but it still fails. Let me re-communicate what is failing.

After making the copy to a new sheet, I delete the original data and enter new data but the formulas are not there for the newly populated rows. What I am forced to do is manually copy the cells downward so that the formulas populate to the new cells. Whereas with my original sheet, I don't have to do this.

    Thank you

Maybe post the formula and post the formula in the other workbook.

It may be that you now have to change the formula to ref the old workbook
