Refresh Pivot Table Data – Not Working Correctly

Hi,


Can any please advise me how I can Refresh Pivot Table Data as it appears not to be working correctly !!

Basically, I delete data from my source data fields and then ! Refresh Data in the Pivot table the old (removed/delete/over written data) is still displayed in the drop down.

Please see attached BMP file as an example e.g. I have /over written the names Alan. Dave, Nick & Pete from Colum ‘E’ bit their names still appear in the pivot drop down list.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
