    Holiday planner/tracker

    Im looking for a holiday planner/tracker for a small group of ppl (5) and was wondering if anybody knew of a free excel speadsheet/workbook available.
    Please supply links or even a spreadsheet/workbook that could be adapted for what i need

    I'm sure when I first came across this planner it was free at the time, but I think there is still enough information on the page to be able to create your planner. May be the attached will help?

    Thanx for the example mate its given me a good starting point.. The problem i found to start is the shifts are a 3 shift system incorporating sundays.
    Call me braindead but i cant figure out the conditional formatting to overwrite the grey with green.

    Sorry I think im gonna be a pain with this and you guys might end up helping me build this between us.

    To overwrite the Grey with the Green, all you need to do is change condition 2 to condition 3, and condition 3 to condition 2, that should work.
