Pasting Multiple Columns causing problems

Hello, I am attempting to paste three columns from a website into excel.
I select all three columns, which highlight starting from top left, then middle then right, moving down to each row as I select. When I paste into an excel sheet, the formatting looks like it's broken by commas and spaces contained in the data. This only happens on one computer. My other computer running the same version of excel pastes the information in without problems. All three columns are perfectly formatted. I have gone back and forth between both in the preferences and see no differences between them. Is there something I am perhaps missing?
Both versions are Excel 2004 for Mac.
The data being pasted is in the format below
1234564789 Name,Name & Name 123 street address

After pasting the above here directly from the site, the formatting is perfect as well. When it breaks the formatting though, it will actually seem to break by both the tab delimited and comma delimited. I know this is probably a very confusing post, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

looking at the post after I submitted, it broke the formatting and killed the tabs

it should be in the separate colums as follows
Column 1 - 1234564789
Column 2 - Name, Name & Name
Column 3 - 123 street address

Again, any assistance would be great!
