Exclamation Data report on a new page

    Ok heres what im after.

In the workbook you will see a list of names on sheet 1 and then 4 quarter sheets. The 5th sheet is a year calendar. What I need to do is be able to define cells in the quarters (examples in 1st Qtr) with letters and colouring. (Done with conditional formatting) but on the 5th sheet I need to be able to choose a name from a drop down menu and the corrisponding cells from the quarter sheets coloured accordingly to match on the single page calender.

If anyones wants to have a crack but is unsure of what im after from the above you can contact me on my messanger ukphoenix2000@hotmail.com

I could really do with some help...oh yes and ignore the macro if it pops up. Feel free to delete or use.

    Unhappy

    BUMP.

Cant believe nobody can help me .....atleast tell me if its possible and what basic formula to use. I really need help.
The basic formula im looking for is:

On the calender sheet when a name is selected in B3(Joe Bloggs) i need the formula to search 1st 2nd 3rd 4th QTR for the coloured cells (L,H,S or HH) and then shade the calender dates on sheet 2007 accordingly.
So if 1-jan on 1st QTR = L then the cell on the calender (C1) turns cyan.

I know basic html formulas but am having major trouble with this excel. So working off of all the sheets the formula I require is:

    If 2007 B3 = 1st qtr A6 and 1st qtr F6 = L then 2007 C7 = Cyan.

And so any dates that are shaded in sheets 1,2,3,4 Qtr for this person are shaded accordingly on the 2007 calender.
