Smile one Pivot Table for many sheets

    Hi Guys,

I have a spreadsheet that I use to track costs across our various departments.

What I wanted to know is. If I had a cell on the Pivot Table sheet that had a list of all the tabs in the workbook, could I use that to make the PT dynamic and relflect the data for the sheet selected in that cell.

The reason is I have 12 sheets each with the relevant deparment on the tab and rather than have 12 Pivot Tables (one for each) I wanted just on PT and from that I could just select which sheet I wanted to draw the data from.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards.

    Michael

Have you tried the PT's "Multiple consolidation ranges" options?

When you start the PT wizard you can check the option : " multiple consolidation ranges".
    Just follow the wizard
