Angry REformatting the data from columns to rows

I received this data in rows instead of columns (please see attachment). Can anyone give me an easier solution on how to get the data into rows without having to use the = function on every single cell. I thought excel would eventually find a pattern but it isn't doing it. I have 9000 rows of data, I cannot possibly do this one at a time.

    Hi kelleybr,

Is your data ALWAYS setup like your example, wherein you have four columns of data with:
1 or 2 rows of data in the first column,
Up to 6 rows of data in the second and third columns
Up to 3 rows of data in the third column
    ?

If so, we can probably come up with a macro to sort out your data. If it's not consistent, though, it will be a bit more difficult.
