    Say I have these data

    A B C
    1 AK Pen 3
    2 AK Pen 8
    3 AK Pen 18
    4 AK Pencil 1
    5 AK Pencil 4
    6 AL Eraser 30
    7 AL Eraser 9
    ETC

I would like to take the last of each set that has the same Name in Column B. So I would like to get
    AK Pen 18
    AK Pencil 4
    AL Eraser 9

Let it be in the new worksheet or in the same worksheet it doesnt matter.

Anybody knows how to do this without doing copy and paste 1-by-1 since I have more than 200k data. Thank you

Try the MATCH function but with match type of 1.
match type of 0 gives the first match.
match type of 1 gives the last.
(actually this is a simplification of what MATCH does, but it should suffice for your purpose).

You will need to wrap a lot around this to get precisely what you want,
but this should give you a start.

    Mark.

I am assuming that your data starts in cell A1 -> C1 and that the summary will be shown in cells E1 -> G1:

    In cell E1:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    In cell F1:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    In cell G1:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    In cell E2:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    In cell F2:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    In cell G2:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Now you can select cells E2, F2 and G2 and copy the formulae down as far as you need.
