Presumably you have got headings to all your columns, like name, address etc. with column M being email address. Then click in the data area, go to Data > Auto-filter and select column M, in the drop down, select blanks, this will filter all the rows with blanks in M.
Select these rows and delete.

I cannot click on Auto filter, everything is grayed out.
Select the data area and try again?
Yeah I wasn't clicking it right. Thanks!
