Need Array Help in order to match cells

What I am trying to accomplish seems simple, but I cant seem to be able to find an array solution to my problem.

Goal
In the chart below, you will find a before and after snapshot of what I am looking for (left/right). I used a real lamed down example of what I'm referring to.

What I want to do is match the IP addresses in column "A" with the IP addresses in column D and have the corresponding LAN name printed in column B

Any help at all would be excellent! I am pretty sure I have to use a formula in the form of an aray, but I just dont know how to derive the formula.
