list of projects, want only the "N" answers in order in a another sheet

I have a list of projects that are in evaluation in 15 different criteria: Y ou N.

I would like that the same projects in a different sheet would have only the names of evaluation criteria witch the responses where “N” in a line order.

I attach a file with the example.

Perhaps I didn’t explain myself correctly.

If you see sheet2 of the file I pretend that each project have in the horizontal line every “evaluation criteria name” that are connect with an evaluation “N”.

For example if you see project 007-00001-1 I gave “N” in evaluation criteria 1; 4,9; and 13;

And is that criteria name, in order, that I want in the second sheet.
