I have an IF function in a particular cell:
=IF(O49>0.05, "Carryover","OK")
I would like to add a superscript after the words "Carryover" and "OK".
Is it possible?

I don't think thats possible, but how about putting it in the next cell and formatting that to Superscript?
=IF(OR(A1="OK",A1="Carryover"),"Superscript",A1) format B1 to Superscript

What do you want as a superscript?
If all you want is an indicator referring to a latter comment,
you could use the superscript characters 1, 2 and 3 provided by
holding down the Alt key then pressing 251 for ¹ 252 for ³ and 253 for ².
Note that this works on my PC and my version of Windows, I believe it might not work on every flavour of PC and/or Windows.
Mark.
