Maintain a BOLD font

Hi there I need a formula that will keep the font even when i copy the contents of the cell and paste elsewhere.

I have a table of data with number and some numbers are more inportant than others. I need to take the data and paste special "values" in order to sort them, but when I do this, the important numbers in BOLD come out normal. I have attached an eg.
