    Clear content

    Hello

    Two questions

Is it possible to clear content of the cells with ClearContents if 2 or 3 cells are merged in to one?

Haw can I protect my workbook so people can’t see or copy all formulas?

    Thanks

You can use ClearContents, and in doing so reference the entire merged area. If A1 through C1 are merged, use something like Range("A1:C1").ClearContents.

As for hiding formulas, that's easy enough: Select all of your cells with formulas (easy way is to press F5, click Special, select Formulas, click OK). Then, click Format --> Cells --> Protection tab --> add a check next to 'Hidden' then click OK.

Finally, protect your sheet (with a password so it can't be easily unprotected by the average excel user). You'll no longer be able to see any of your formulas.
