    Sorting with duplicate numbers.

    What I'm trying to do eventually is create a few charts showing the top 10 or so scrap costs by item number, number of pieces scrapped by item number, srcap code by item number, etc...

    I'm only interested in the top ten item numbers in terms of cost. However, I sort for top 10 items, Excel doesnt realize not to count the same Item Number twice so I end up with EX: I2841 8 times, and I2653 2 times.

    Does that make any sense?

    I can see a few different ways to do it, but it would take a lot of cut/paste etc..
