Index & Match - Individual Cells

Hello.

I need a formula in the sheet “Template” for each of the cells F9:F24.

For each group in these cells, the formula will look at the version number in in the drop down box in E3, AND the Season number in cell E5.

Then it will go to the worksheet “GROUPS”, & look for that version in row 2 & then look for that season in column A. When it finds the match it will retrun the value for each group in those cells F9:F24.

Any help would be much appreciated.
