    Leaving the Arrow Visible in a Data Validation List

    I have a dropdown menu that I made with data validation. How can I make it so that the arrow is always visible?

    Sorry....You can't make the Data Validation cell dropdown arrow permanently visible....and the workaround is rarely worth the trouble (VBA, comboboxes, etc)

    If you simply MUST have "an" arrow, here's the link to the procedure:
