Printing filling the entire page

Thanks for the reply. Just tried it and it does make the printing bigger, but there is still a huge cap below.

It is not as though the worksheet is all that small in terms of the number of rows as its 24 in total with each row about 21.75 points high.

To make matters worse my sheet was originally produced in Lotus 123 and the same layout fills the printed sheet when printed - so 123 can do it but can Excel?
