Ok... since I'm here anyway and the help is fantastic!![]()
This is the same worksheet as before attached, but at an earlier stage. See the highlighted column for the problem... I need to ensure that all the cells in this column are in the same format as H1 - if you scroll down you will see that some are missing the 'SAT' prefix, some are missing the hyphen, etc. The format is SAT-(Year)(Week Number).
Is there any formula I could use in a helper column to rectify this, as I did it manually, but will have to do this every week!

providing you always have at least a six digit number, I'd suggest a helper column with following formula :This will avoid checking if you have , or don't have "sat" or "-"HTML Code:
