Extracting data from dates.. use an IF statement?

Hi there everyone. I'm new to this so hoping it will work. I have a spreadsheet where i need to find all cells that have a date of 01-apr-07 or more, through may, june, and July. Any suggestions?

Yes, pretty much. I also have another question, but I'll wait until this one is solved. But yes, I want to highlight all of thos that are april 1st or later
