Using excel via a server (probelm)

Hi All

I have a with an excel file that lives on a server. Two of my colleagues can access it no problem, make changes and save. One other colleague can access it BUT as soon as she makes any sort of movement the file crashes with error message 'Excel cannot respond" or"file name too long retry later"

We have changed network ports, changed computer, and reloaded excel to no avail.

Is there anyone out there that may have an idea to what the problem is.
