Conditional Format based on 2 scenarios

I shall try to explain

I would like to have a cell filled red (Cell C1) only if A1>0 and B1<3

Basically if Cell C1 is less than £3 when Cell A1 is >0 I want to do something to highlight the cell in some way

Conditional Formatting only seems to work based on the value of that cell.
