filter with drop down list

I wonder how you can filter data with drop down list
like it is done here http://www.excely.com/euro-2008/qual...ound-schedule/
I.e. at Group A sheet you can filter all games for one team
by selecting it from a drop down list.
The same you can do with a language. English, Deutsch ...

Any ideas?
