PAste value only

Hi,
Is there a way to automate the paste special function? I have a column of data and in the next column, i want just the values, not the formula becuase I want to run a macro that needs just the values. Is there a way to do this without copy and paste special values for each sheet?

In column B i want these same values but the values ONLY and not the formulas, without having to copy paste special values for each cell becuase im trying to make a template for common use. thanks! any ideas?
