Conditional Formathighlight rows

I use spreadsheets which contain a large amount of data and so i have set up conditional formatting to highlight rows that contain data that is relevant to my department

What i am looking to do now is find a way of easily removing those rows which do not contain conditional formatted data so i am, in effect, left with data that is relevant to what i am looking for...perhaps some kind of filter or export method?

Can anyone help?
