Transfer page set up to a new workbook

    Hi everyone,

i'm used to email some spreadsheets to my co-workers, but the issue is, they have always to figure out how i did my page set up when they open them on their computers.

i wonder if there is any way to email them the workbook with the page set up i have so the worksheets will look exactly the same way on their and my computers.

maybe i'm saying crazy things but i wanted to see what you think about that.

thanks in advance for all of you.

it's not a problem, i'm just looking if there any way to allow the recipients (of my email) of a workbook (when they open it) to have the sheets look exactly the same (page set up, hidden lines and columns, ..), as i prepared them.

if i have a hidden column for example, when the recipient opens the workbook, this hidden column will be unhidden, is there any way to avoid that?

    I hope it's clear.

    Thanks.
