automatic sort

Hello everybody,

I have a table and the last colum of it is a sum of all other colums from that table. My question is how I can create a PARETO chart from that last colum of my table. PARETO chart means that the values must be put into an descending order.

Highlight the whole range of your table including the total column. Then select Data Sort and then in the Sort by box, select the column that contains the totals,click the Descending radio button and click OK.
