Preserving grid lines when color filling?

    Hey everyone-

When I use Fill Color to highlight sections of a spreadsheet, it washes out my grid lines. Is there a way to preserve the grid lines without having to manually go back and add borders?

I think the only way is to overlap boarders of the same colour as the gridlines.

    e.g.

select the whole sheet (click on grey square at top-left intersection of columns/rows) and go to Format|Cells. Go to Border tab and select all borders and pick a colour.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
