Printing copy number

I'm hoping that somebody can help!

I have a sheet that I need to print multiple times - this could be up to 500 times.

Is there any way of having a number printed on each copy which displays the copy number. i.e. first page has a 1 then next a 2 etc.

My knowledge beyond the basics of Excel are fairly limited but any help would be appreciated.
