    count unique ID's from Pivot Table Field

    i have a pivot table which includes a field with IDs and i want to set up a formula to count the number of unique id's

    Can this be done?

    Not sure what you are asking - if you have 3 departments D1 D2 D3 the pivot table will list these and subtotal departments will be 3.
