    #N/A causing probs

    Hi.

    Can someone please help me.

I have a #N/A in one particular column after the last row of data. I want this to remain so when i update the next row the cell calculates automatically.

Is there a way to format the cell so this isn't visible?

    Thanks loads

You can use conditional formatting to change the font to match the background colour.

select the cell or range of cells and go to Format|Conditional Formatting.

select formula is from 1st dropdown and enter formula =Isna(A1)

where A1 is the top most cell in the selected range.

Then click format and go to Font tab. Select colour that matches spreadsheet background.

Click ok and click ok again to finish.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
