Row & Column Heading Font Size

could someone tell me how to change the size of the row & column headings?

Try

Format > Style > Font.

Note this will change the cells to be you can select cells and change separately

If you want to change it for all newly-created workbooks (instead of just the current workbook), go to Tools > Options > General, then change the font there.
