Rating system

Was trying to figure out a formula which would help me with a rating system i.e if the value is in a certain range it should give me the rating accordingly

2.97 >2.97% Rating 5
2.7 2.70 %to 2.97% Rating 4
2.57 2.45% to 2.69% Rating 3
2.44 2.21%to 2.44% Rating 2
2.2 <2.20% Rating 1

Any help on this would help

Any help on this would help

List the formulas on the spreadsheet. Then use VLOOKUP to extract the rating.
