Looking for a function (like VLOOKUP)

I have attached an excel file with two worksheets. I would like the outputs in "Output" worksheet to change automatically according to what inputs are chosen in the "Input" Worksheet. I tried using VLOOKUP but wasn't successsful. I think the excel spread sheet is self explanatory. I would appreciate if somoeone can help me with this? Thanks.

I think you need a combination of INEX/MATCH but I am not clear what your expected results are.

To use VLOOKUP you need a table that has the input and output values.

I you example you need two colums, the first would be the weld number, the second the out put.

Then Vlookup(weld_number, table range,2,false) should give you the result you want.
