SUM IF Function

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if you could help me with a SUM IF function I am trying to do for a golf stats sheet in excel.
I am trying to track what percentage of time I hit the green from certain distances, 40-75, 76-100, 101-125, 126-150, 151-175, 176-200, 200+.
I need to make an IF function to see the percentages I hit the green from each yardage based off the distance I type in and a Y or N for hitting the green.
I attempted to create a formula to count the number of times I hit the green from the certain yardage and then divide it by a formula to see the number of times I was hitting from that yardage.
